Dick Prall is a Chicago, Illinois-based musician signed to Authentic Records . His most recent release, Weightless, is his fourth album, but only his second under the name Dick Prall. Previous albums have been released under the names Dick Prall Band and Starch Martins.
He has performed alongside musicians: Jon Brion, Mike Doughty, Ari Hest, The Verve Pipe, Bobby Bare, Jr., Glen Phillips and Michelle Branch. Additionally, Volkswagen has included Prall's music on a six-month ad campaign, featured on the December 07/January 08 Paste Magazine music sampler, and has had his music featured in Starbucks across the nation.
