Dianne Crampton

Dianne Crampton is an American businesswoman and author. She is the founder of TIGERS Success Series, a management consulting company. She is also the author of books including TIGERS Among Us and Becoming Tigers: Leading Your Team to Success.
Work and research
Crampton founded TIGERS Success Series in 1987 in Spokane, Washington and then incorporated it in Bend, Oregon in 2001. According to her, empathy is a universal team value that promotes commitment and cooperation in the workplace.
Books
In June 2020, Three Creeks Publishing published Crampton's book, Becoming Tigers: Leading Your Team to Success, which was recognized at the Axiom Business Book Award. In December 2021, Crampton wrote a new book, TIGERS Among Us: Winning Business Team Cultures and Why They Thrive. The book discussed her research on workforce culture and featured examples of the TIGERS process with companies including Zappos.com and 4Refuel.
