Diane Paloma Eskenazi is an American film and music producer and founder of Golden Films animation production company in 1992. She is also the founder of different non-profit charity organizations including Peace Builders, most of which are mainly, though not exclusively, dedicated to the welfare of children around the world. Golden Films Eskenazi founded Golden Films in 1992 with the purpose of creating non-violent, educational and inspiring entertainment for children. Since then she has produced over 80 films, titles such as “The Nuttiest Nutcracker”, “The New Adventures of Peter Rabbit”, “King Arthur and the Knights of Justice”, “Princess Castle”, “The Little Mermaid”, “The Great Easter Egg Hunt” and “The Night Before Christmas” and dozens of others, including the “Enchanted Tales” series distributed by Sony. These films are distributed throughout the world by companies such as Columbia TriStar, Warner Brothers, Sony, Hulu, Starz, Comcast, Dish, Pluto, Amazon and Tubi. Eskenazi’s films have received numerous awards from different organizations dedicated to families and kid-friendly entertainment including the Dove Foundation, Kids First, Parents Choice, Common Sense, and the Film Advisory Board as well as many International awards. Eskenazi has also written/produced 200 songs published by Sony Music. Charity The success of Golden Films enabled Eskenazi to fulfil her dream of helping children in need all over the world. Through her non-profit organization Peace Builders, Eskenazi has mobilized over $100 million of medical and other aid to underprivileged children in war-torn and disaster-stricken areas in countries such as India, Haiti, Tibetan orphans in Dharamsala, Afghanistan, Syrian refugees in Lebanon and Jordan, Kenya, Zambia, Gambia, Lesotha, Chile, and Peru. In addition, Eskenazi has provided substantial aid to homeless and foster children throughout the United States. Eskenazi has also worked with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force to distribute aid throughout Latin America.
