Dharam Pal Kirar (25 January 1945- ) is a the National President of the All India Dhanak Organisation and of the All India Sab Jan Samiti. He was born in Rohtak-Haryana, India. His father, Ami Lal Kirar was a freedom fighter, and his mother was Late Sukh Devi. His brothers were jailed several times for supporting the Congress Party. Dharam Pal Kirar post-graduated from Punjab University, Chandigar. He was the only Senior A grade Government Officer in India of the Dhanak community at the time he joined. He resigned his commission (a senior officer post) to pursue a career in improving the lives of the poor and suppressed class people of the community. Currently He is working for the upliftment of the Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes and other suppressed class communities in India, who are living below the poverty line. He has held large allies for upliftment of poor people in Delhi, Madhya Pardesh, Utar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Bihar, Gujrat and Maharashtra.
