Devon Walden is an American real estate investor and property manager based in Indiana. Career Walden grew up in Red Bluff, California, raised by his mother and stepfather. He has six younger siblings. Walden's parents died when he was 15 years old. After the death of his parents, he started working multiple jobs and a few years later he started investing in real estate. He moved from his hometown of Red Bluff, California to Indianapolis, Indiana. He began his career in real estate in property management. Walden slowly transitioned and started investing in properties and holding and listing them on Airbnb. He also founded Prodigious Fellow, a consultant firm providing services such as credit repair, funding coordination, property sourcing and property deal advisory. |
