Debra (singer)

Early career
Debra is an Indonesian singer-songwriter, pianist, and model. Signed to Sony under VHP Australian management at the age of 18 in Melbourne, Australia to be working with the singers from Australian Idol to form a multicultured girls band. The contract was discontinued after a year because she wanted to have a solo career.
While doing make up artistry and modelling for branded Japanese and European clothing in Australia, Debra then also collaborated with various great producers including Sam Melammed who produced Merril Bainbridge for Between The Days album and currently is working for Big Brothers production house, Danny Simcic drummer from Real Life who owns Attitude in rhythm record in Melbourne, Martin Van Hoof Jenkins from UK who used to work at Pussycat Dolls production house and he is also the tour manager for big events (e.g. Hilary Duff, Billy Ocean and upcoming concert for various big artists).
In 2010 she was given the opportunity to work with Audius Mtawarira. They then collaborated to make her first single together with Leon Sennandan, Audius's partner who is another talented RnB producer. The next single is now on progress of collaborating with Fredrik Odesjo.
Going home
In 2012, she decided to try her luck in show business in Indonesia.
