The extension of this setting, which not only include several worlds or planes of existence, but too a long history of them all, and the natural and supernatural characters included in it, all show reminiscences from H. P. Lovecraft and Neil Gaiman. Edition history The original manuscript was written fifteen years before the first publication of this novel.
