David Wittman (b. December 10, 1949 in Cleveland, Ohio) is a television news anchor currently working for CBS affiliate WOIO-TV, channel 19 in Cleveland, Ohio. Biographical sketch David has previously worked in the Boston, MA, Detroit, MI, Louisville, KY and Orlando, FL television markets. A 37-year veteran in the television news field, Wittman has a degree in Journalism from University of Detroit. Personal life and interests David is also an avid runner, and has completed multiple marathons including the Boston Marathon and the Disney Marathon. David spends much of his free time doing handiwork around his home, painting and gardening. Wittman and his wife Carol have four children, and they reside quietly in Cleveland Heights. |
