David St. James

David St. James (born September 4, 1947) is an American actor. Best known for guest starring in multiple TV shows, such as iCarly, General Hospital, Beverly Hills, 90210, and many more, he is also known for his role as Broden in Space: Above and Beyond. He has also co-starred in dozens of major movies. He began his acting career in the 1992 film Man Trouble as the Admissions Clerk.

St. James was born David Francis Jones in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Career
St. James has appeared in The West Wing, as Congressman Darren Gibson, and appears as the mean teacher Mr. Howard in iCarly, who hates kids no matter how nice they are and also hates his wife. He has a role in the upcoming movie Creative Differences as Dick. He has appeared in almost 100 movies and has provided many voice-overs for television and film.
