David Partlett

David Partlett was previously at Washington and Lee University School of Law for six years and was on the faculty of Vanderbilt University Law School, but is now dean of Emory University School of Law, since July 1, 2006. Education According to Emory Law's website: Dean Partlett recieved an LL.B. degree from the University of Sydney School of Law, an LL.M. from the University of Michigan, and an S.J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. His recent scholarship has been in areas of tort law, defamation, free speech, and mental health regarding children. |
