David Campbell Wilson

David Campbell Wilson (Born October 26, 1973 Wayne, PA) is an American figurative painter. He began formal art training through the University of the Arts at the age of twelve, studied painting at Syracuse University with professor Jerome Witkin, and received an MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 2010. Wilson cites influences from da Vinci to Dalí and Egon Schiele to Alex Grey and Star Wars. Awards include the R. Tait McKenzie Medal from the Philadelphia Sketch Club, the Hiram Gee Painting Award and Scholarship from Syracuse University.
