David A. Bray

David A. Bray currently serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), an . He previously served as the IT Chief for the Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Program and Associate Director of Informatics at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) from 2000-2005, volunteered to deploy to Afghanistan in 2009 as a special advisor for NATO's International Security Assistance Force, and later served as a Senior Executive with the United States Intelligence Community and Executive Director with the National Commission for the Review of the Research and Development Programs of the United States Intelligence Community from 2010-2013.
