Darren Talbot

Darren William Talbot (born 12 February 1971) is an English international cricket coach, team manager and administrator. He played under 19 cricket for Surrey between 1987 and 1990 before qualifying as a coach in 2004.
He is the author of Twenty 20 Cricket Coaching: How to Play, Coach and Win, published by John Wisden & Co
Coaching career
In October 2013 Talbot co-founded the Surrey Deaf Cricket Team - the first county Deaf cricket team - and became its coach and team manager and coached them in their inaugural international match versus on 28th July 2018 in the UK.
Administrative career
In late 2013, Talbot became Development Officer England Cricket Association for the Deaf and is responsible for all grassroots Deaf Cricket in the UK from the Lions team downwards
In April 2018 he was appointed ECB National Deaf cricket Pathway Manager with responsibility for the England Lions Deaf team and Deaf cricket talent ID.
