Darren Sussman

Darren Sussman (born 4 May 1969) is the co-founder of TheaterMania. The company was launched in 1999 during the Internet boom and has been recognized by the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Variety, CNN, and other media sources for information and tickets and live theater nationwide.
Before TheaterMania Darren was a musician and songwriter with the band Sheelah-Na-Gig from Baltimore, Maryland and then went on to work in the music business working with bands at record labels Beggars Banquet (Prodigy, The Cult, Dick Dale, The Charlatans) and Shanachie Records (Solas, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Larry Coryell, and Lucky Dube).
Currently Darren serves as Board Chair of The Hip-Hop Theater Festival founded by Danny Hoch and is a Board Member of The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and lives in Manhattan.
