Danielle Gray

Danielle Gray is a certified personal trainer, businessperson, fitness model, and nutritionist based in Manhattan Beach. In 2016, Danielle founded her company, "Train Like a Gymnast", which aims to make gymnastics workouts fun and accessible.
Gray is a lifelong athlete, having begun her competitive gymnastics career at the age of four. By the time of her retirement at the age of fifteen, Gray was competing on the Junior Olympic level. She later returned to serve as a coach and judge for the competition.
While studying at the University of Southern California for a degree in Public Relations, Gray discovered a variety of recreational sports, including pole dance, aerial yoga, and mixed martial arts. Although she ultimately returned to gymnastics, these pursuits would later influence her workout regimens at TLAG.
In 2016, Gray left her corporate job in online marketing to pursue fitness full time. She signed with Wilhelmina Models and began work on athletic campaigns for notable brands such as Nike, Under Armour, Fabletics, and Reebok.
Since founding her company, Gray has served as a fitness expert for outlets such as , PopSugar, and Bustle. Outside of her fitness work, Gray is also a mental health advocate and is a proponent of exercise to combat depression and anxiety. She has also competed on two seasons of American Ninja Warrior.
