Daniel Huang (b. May 23, 1972) is an American technology executive and entrepreneur. He is currently the chief executive officer (CEO) of mophie, which he co-founded in 2005 with Shawn Dougherty. Education Huang graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 1994. He later enrolled in and graduated from USC Marshall School of Business, earning his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2002. Career Huang co-founded mStation Audio, LLC in 2006 in southern California with Shawn Dougherty with $250,000. The company produced and sold phone speakers and cases. They acquired mophie and rebranded in 2007. Huang was named to Touchjet's board of directors in 2015.
