Daniel Camarena

Daniel Ricardo Camarena (born November 9, 1992) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is a free agent.
Career
Camarena attended Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego, California. He was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 20th round of the 2011 MLB draft.
Camarena played for the GCL Yankees in 2012. In 2013, he played for the Charleston RiverDogs. On April 3, 2018, the Cubs traded Camarena back to the Yankees. Camarena signed a minor league contract with the San Francisco Giants on May 24. He spent the rest of the 2018 season split between the Richmond Flying Squirrels and the Sacramento River Cats. He opened the 2019 season with the Rochester Red Wings. On August 13, 2019, Camarena was released by the Yankees without appearing in a Major League game.
