Daniel Axel Aakerstroem

Daniel Axel Aakerstroem (born March 13, 1991) in Boras, Sweden and is a Swedish football player who currently is playing for the Swedish club IF Elfsborg in Allsvenskan. Daniel plays as a winger and is destinguished as an extremely fast player. He has brilliant technique and a good shot but has to improve his header and his mood on the pitch. He has a contract ending 8 August 2009.
Career
Aakerstroem started playing football in kronaeng IF at age 11 and made his debut in the senior squad at age 15. He was signed by GAISU-17 squad at age 16. At age 17 he was promoted to the U-21 squad but soon after signing for the U-21 squad he suffered a injury on his left foot and was forced operation.
Professional

Aakerstroem started playing for the U-21 squad later that fall and continued playing until he made his debut in the swedish cup (Svenska cupen) in the senior squad the year after.
He was then later recruited to IF Elfsborg and moved back to his home town Boras after spending some years in Gothenburg. He made his debut later on and made appereances in front of the coach of the Swedish National U-18 squad.
Aakerstroem has even though before been member of []national state squad and []national part squad with batch 1991.He has also been frequent member of national youth team and been handed numerous awards and honors.
Other than his football he have been active in athletics since youth and achieved higly desireble medals and cups.
