Danial Schon is also the President and Board Member of Schön Group which has diversified business interests in banking, textiles, oil refining, transportation, fertilizer, food products, facilities management, and real estate development. Career In June 2014 Schon helped secure Dubai Lagoon project AED339 million investment and signed an agreement with Xanadu Real Estate In April 2017, Schon signed a $870m joint venture with Al Hamad Group for Schön Properties latest development, iSuites. A 2,550 hotel apartment’s project close to the Dubai Expo 2020 site, Maktoum International Airport, and Dubai Parks & Resorts. |
