Dan Crowe

Daniel Oliver Waterfall "Dan" Crowe (born 19 August 1972) is a London-based editor and publisher. He previously founded and edited literary magazines Butterfly and Zembla. He currently edits and co-publishes men's quarterly magazine Port, produced in Clerkenwell, East London.
Crowe has edited two books: How I Write: The Secret Lives of Authors (2007, ISBN 978-0847829422) and Writing on the Edge: Great Contemporary Writers on the Front Line of Crisis - in collaboration with Médecins Sans Frontières (2010, ISBN 978-0847832910), both for Rizzoli. He is to release a third book in the autumn of 2013: Dead Interviews (based on the Zembla magazine feature of the same name), which will be published by Granta (2013, ISBN 978-1847088277).
He has written for various publications, including The L. A. Times and The Guardian.
Crowe has a degree in Fine Art from Goldsmiths College and lives in South London with his partner and two children.
