Damon Giglio (born December 14, 1972) is the founder of ForSaleByOwner.com, the e-commerce company that specializes in commission-free real estate sales. He also built several other businesses since 1997. Giglio sold the venture in 2006 to the Chicago Tribune, and regarding the deal was sued for breach of contract, breach of good faith, fraud, and unfair and deceptive business practices by America's Growth Capital LLC.
