D Sanjana Reddy is a media professional in the Telugu Film and Television Industries. She has worked the top Film Directors and headed Television channels and Directed a Telugu feature film. She was born on October 15, 1989. She is the Grand Daughter of Dukka Suryanarayana Reddy popularly known as DS Reddy, a first generation political leader and Labour union precedent. He had contested independently against V V Giri who went on to be the President of India. In her early career she was into teaching and software she used to be a solo world traveller and visited seven countries. It was during these travels that she realised that she wanted to be a filmmaker. She is deeply inspired by filmmakers Ram Gopal Varma and Mani Ratnam. Education Sanjana Reddy has done her masters (MSc) in mathematics from Andhra University located in Vishakapatnam of Andhra Pradesh.
