About D-Fence TurretZ:
This game was originally created for the purpose of being a hybrid version of a Real Time Strategy game, and, a First Person Shooter. It is considered an amateur game and is no longer in progress. However the game WAS relatively well known in the GM Community for it's quirkiness. The graphics are terrible, but, it makes up for it with flashiness, with scraps of units flying everywhere constantly.
Hybrid Genre
During the design of the game. The creator originally wanted it to be a shoot-em-up styled game. However, he found it to be relatively boring and brainless. So he decided to add an RTS aspect to the game by letting the user control units and placing units on the field. The Uniqueness of the game is primarily based on the RTS aspect of the game, where you have to drag units onto the field in order for them to fight.
The Shoot em' Up aspect is based on a Turret which is placed at the beginning of the map. You shoot at the enemies which charge towards the stand. If the stand ever happens to collapse, you lose.
However, the game is really uneven in the unit concept. Units cost about 20-30$ while Pillboxes and Cannons cost 200-250$. If managed properly, A group of Pillboxes and Cannons could take out hundreds of troops easily, and, quickly. The biggest flaw about this game, is that units cannot stop. They always move. So if you want to send a group of soldiers to an enemy base, good luck, because you will get owned.

This game is overall very strong in gameplay, but, it's the only thing from keeping this game from being garbage
