Cyrus Nainoa Tupai Belt (d. January 17, 2008) was a 13 month old baby who was killed on January 17, 2008. Belt lived in in the same apartment complex as Matthew Higa, his killer. Death Matthew Higa, a man who lived in the same apartment complex, allegedly threw Belt off of a freeway overpass. Higa was high on methamphetamine at the time. "I'm not an angel, but this man is a monster. He kidnapped my baby and he murdered him and he threw him off a ... bridge," said Nancy Asiata Chanco, Belt's mother. |
