Cubs Browser

Cubs Browser is a free and open source, Chicago Cubs-themed web browser programmed in Visual Basic. It is supposed to be the first of a chain of web browsers that are themed after different MLB teams. It is programmed by Jackson Scofield.
1.0 Beta 1
Cubs Browser 1.0 Beta 1 was the first release of Cubs Browser. It included basic features such as links to different websites in the navigation bar, a Google and Yahoo Search feature, home page settings, and a blue background.
1.0 Beta 2
Soon after the release of Cubs Browser 1.0 Beta 1 came out, a new version, 1.0 Beta 2 was released. It featured a new startup page, advanced settings, a piece of text that would say "Loading..." or "Done" to tell you if the program was still running properly, and bug fixes.
1.0 RC1
Cubs Browser 1.0 RC1 is an upcoming edition of Cubs Browser that will reportedly have 20 new features including a Bing Search option (to be added to the Google and Yahoo options), a new Progress Bar, removal of the startup page, and new skins for other Chicago teams, as well as Custom Navigation buttons, and better organization of the pre-defined buttons (possibly as a drop-down menu). It is also likely to include History and Favorites settings to make a more complete browser. The browser is expected to be re-designed in this release.
