The Cub Lo-Boy was a model of tractor manufactured by International Harvester from 1955-1968 under the "IH" name in their Louisville, Kentucky factory. Description and History The International Cub Lo-Boy was a modified version of the Farmall Cub. It was eventually be replaced by Cub Cadet, Cub lo-boy model 154, Cub Lo-Boy model 185 and finally Cub Lo-Boy model 184 before Cub Cadet was bought by MTD and IH was bought up by Case to make Case IH. The International Cub Lo-Boy was painted IH/Highway/Federal yellow, but was originally red until the late 1950s. The color was changed when the Cub Lo-Boy was used less for farm work and started being used as an industrial machine where it then became yellow. Implements for this tractor included mowers, plows, single and double armed loaders, etc.
