</noinclude> CredAbility is commercial project control software provided in a SaaS deployment approach, or if required as an On Site installation. It has been designed by Project Managers for Project Managers and developed by Developers in the UK. Features CredAbility contains many features used by Project Managers on a day to day basis, such as Actions, Risks, Issues, Change Control and Defects, alongside a Time Management solution. The use of these tools all together, alongside the Time Management tool ensures that an accurate view of a Project or Programme can be established at any time. Hierarchy CredAbility seems to differentiate itself in the way it implements the Project Managers Tools. These are presented in a Hierarchy that starts at the Project Level, and rolls up through Portfolio or Programme and on up through Subsidiary and into Corporate. The idea behind this is that the status's across multiple Projects can be consolidated into a single status for the overall Programme of works. Similarly a Subsidiary can gain a status of all Projects and Programmes being undertaken, and a Corporate across all Subsidiaries and their independent pieces of work. Earned Value Management CredAbility incorporates data gathering necessary to support Earned Value Management, it locks down initial deadlines and time estimates so that these are preserved for the duration of the project. Analysis and Reporting can then be generated to demonstrate a Project's Status based on its Earned Value Characteristics.
