Background
Before Corridor Digital became a content creating YouTube channel, the company was originally a freelance VFX production house in 2010, founded by Sam Gorski and Niko Pueringer along with producer Jake Watson. Corridor Digital first uploaded one of their videos to YouTube in 2011. Along with their VFX filled videos, they also upload tutorials and "behind-the-scenes" videos to help viewers understand and learn the process in making some of their content.
Sam, Niko, Jake and close friend Brandon Laatsch are all natives of Stillwater, Minnesota. While during their collegiate years they went separate ways, the group reunited in Los Angeles in 2009 after Sam and Niko finished a low-budget monster movie called "Dark Island", shot in British Columbia."
