Cornelius Mwangi

Cornelius Mwangi is a Kenyan centre back currently in the ranks of Kenyan National Super League side Nairobi City Stars from July 2019. Mwangi is a former St. Joseph's player who turned out for Nakuru AllStars in the 2011 season before joining Zoo Kericho F.C. the next year for six months. Another six months detour to Finlay's Horticulture prepared him for a big move to Mathare United at the start of 2013. He return again to Mathare in early 2015 after a trip back to St. Joseph's and in 2018 he joined coastal side Modern Coast Rangers where he later became the team captain. After two seasons, he opted to join Kawangware based Nairobi City Stars to be closer to his family in Nakuru. |
