The Construtora Castelo Branco (CCB) is a Brazilian construction, with its headquarters situated in Fortaleza, Ceará. It was founded in 1988 and started its activities in the capital of Ceará doing works. Ran several works on Avenida Beira-Mar, such as ventures Mucuripe Plaza (Mucuripe Plaza) and Terraços do Atlântico (Terraces of the Atlantic). Currently total 25 works in its portfolio, having also reached the market in the northern brazilian region acting in Belém. Today has more than 1,500 units under construction or already implemented in Ceará, a total of more than 320.000m ² built area.
