The company specializes in developing residential real estate for middle- and upper-middle-income customers. AGRE also participates in developing residential real estate for high and lower middle-income customers, as well as developing commercial and hotel properties and developed land.
The company's operations are concentrated in the cities of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and Recife as well as the more densely populated areas adjacent to the city of São Paulo, including ABC Region and elsewhere in the State of São Paulo, including the Interior Paulista (the São Paulo countryside) and Baixada Santista (the coastal area near São Paulo).
History
Agre was founded in 2009 as a result of mergers of three companies: Agra, ' Abyara and Klabin Segall. In 2009 the company was incorporated by PDG Realty, the second Brazilian largest homebuilder and real estate company.
The company's main shareholder is the Spanish billionaire businessman Enrique Bañuelos.
