The Constitution Party of Alaska (CPAK) is an affiliate party of the national Constitution Party, a right-wing and theocratic political party in the United States. The party asserts that the US is a Christian nation founded on the Bible and that American jurisprudence should be restored to what the party claims is its "Biblical foundations". The previous affiliate was the Alaskan Independence Party. The CPAK supports strict adherence to the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Alaska Constitution. The party takes very conservative stances on social and fiscal issues. Platform As an affiliate of the national Constitution Party, the CPAK supports the platform of the U.S. Constitution Party.
