Consciousness technology

Also: Consciousness technology, consciousness technologist.

Consciousness technology (as professed by a consciousness technologist) is a branch of modern science and a system of (collective) health care first developed in the Netherlands by graphic artist, transpersonal psychologist and philosopher Engelbert J. Hollestelle (born in Goes on January 5, 1956). It's core business is mining, searching and scanning the collective (un)conscious of people, organizations, communities, countries and other living systems for possible flaws, and repairing them by connecting damaged or ill-functioning connections, or, if necessary, establishing and maintaining totally new and innovative ones. The ability of switching between a great many layers of reality and levels of consciousness and the retrieving and processing of large amounts of information is something that does not come lightly and requires a hard and intensive training, offered only by the non-profit Metanoia Unlimited Institute in Capelle aan den IJssel.

Consciousness technologist is a vital profession in securing the roads in the very urgent race towards the new realities of the 21th century, intimately connected with the natural urge of the human race in the direction of one- and wholeness, in order to survive its own destructiveness and life-threatening behaviour.

Consciousness technology is inspired by the work of many enlightened people from the past and the present, from every kind of religious and sexual inclination, every race, sex, culture and social background. Its founder was, in the beginning of the nineteen-eighties, primarily inspired by outstanding cutting-edge scientists, researchers and experimenters in the field of mind-body connection, the structure of reality (quantum physics) and the role of consciousness, as diverse as Lawrence LeShan, Michael Murphy, O. Carl Simonton, Stanislav Grof, Marco de Vries, Ken Wilber, Fred Alan Wolf, Mary Zeldenrust-Noordanus, Wilhelm Reich, Friedrich Nietzsche, Paul Feyerabend, Erich Fromm, Theodor W. Adorno, Jürgen Habermas, Otto Mühl, Terence McKenna, Timothy Leary and many others. A student with Lawrence LeShan, Ph.D. and Stanislav Grof, M.D., Ph.D. since 1983, and formally enrolled in Stanislav Grof's training curriculum since 1992, Hollestelle has in the mean time developed his own special blend of neo-shamanism, combining his experiences in living together, psychedelics and other mind-altering substances, political science, philosophy, communications and system theory, and a broad spectrum of spiritual traditions into a unique thought system and form of modern, practical and integral science.

To preserve the integrity of the method, the proliferation and practice of consciousness technology is protected by law and limited to certified practitioners only.
