Concepción Cochrane Blaquier is an Argentine socialite, television personality, and fashion designer. Family Cochrane Blaquier is the daughter of Brazilian businessman Lair Wallace Cochrane and Argentine socialite Dolores Nelson de Blaquier. She is a paternal descendant of Thomas Cochrane, 10th Earl of Dundonald, who was made Marquess of Maranhão by Pedro I of Brazil. She is named after her maternal family's estate in Argentina, Estancia La Concepción. She is a cousin of the Argentine reporter Nieves Zuberbühler and photographer Delfina Blaquier. Career Cochrane Blaquier is a fashion designer and the owner of the clothing line By Concepción, which launched in 2014. She is a cast member on the reality television show Lucky Ladies, which spotlights the lives of wealthy and aristocratic women.
