Mr. Conan Fryer MSc MIFST (born Portsmouth Dec. 1968), is a respected food industry reporter and a successful inventor of new food products and processes. Conan has combined a long career in gastronomy and the food industry to become a respected writer and speaker on food science, technology, fashions and future trends.
The Food Industry Award for New Product of the Year 2006 was awarded to Conan Fryer by 'Food Processing Magazine' (For the invention and launch of Hovis Invisible Crust).
