Composr

Composr is a free and open source content management system (CMS) written in PHP and based on a MySQL backend database. The software has been developed by Chris Graham of ocProducts since 2004 and was known as ocPortal until the relaunch and re-branding in early 2016, with notable contributions from programmers Chris Warburton, Paul Duffy and Philip Withnall, and designers Allen Ellis and Robert Goacher during that time.
Upgrading
Upgrading from ocPortal v8/v9 to Composr v10 is supported. Current ocPortal users should also check the Migration roadmap for more information.
