Color light acupuncture

Color light acupuncture is the practice of using beneficial light to stimulate acupuncture points, for the purpose of balancing energy in the body and promoting healing and better health. Color light acupuncture has also been called colorpuncture, though colorpuncture seems to be more commonly used in Europe and Color light acupuncture in the West. Color light acupuncture has been scientifically tested for treatment of pain by Darren Starwynn, O.M.D & Gregory Nevens, Ed.D A Russian research project has shown that when an acupuncture point is irradiated with light it travels along the acupuncture meridian . Dr. Nogier and Dr. Bahr have determined natural frequencies that are beneficial to specific organs or systems. They have applied laser light at selected bio-frequencies to promote healing of the targeted organ or system. It can be extrapolated that the usage of incoherent LED (Light Emitting Diode) light could have the same benefits . See Also
