Clinton S. Weiler is a Phoenixville, Pennsylvania-based music publicist. A native to Birdsboro, PA and a 2001 graduate of Kutztown University, he's best known for his publicity work with past and present punk legends. He is founder of Clint Weiler Publicity & Public Relations and works for MVD Entertainment Group. His company Aggronautix sells bobbleheads (aka throbbleheads) representing punk frontmen such as G. G. Allin, Milo Aukerman of the Descendents and Joey Keithley of D.O.A.. Early Life / Education Weiler is a native to Birdsboro, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Kutztown University in May 2001 with a degree in writing and public relations. While at University in 1998 he served as sports writer for student newspaper The Keystone and founded Universal Warning Records with two fellow students. Career Clint Weiler Publicity & Public Relations Weiler founded Clint Weiler PR in 2005. Their headquarters are located at 370 Washington Avenue in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. Through this company, he's done work for Alive Naturalsound Records, AK Press, Prophase Music and Film, mimobot, Stereo Killer, and Sudden Death Records, which is run by , frontman of hardcore punk band D.O.A.. Weiler has publicized books Grunge is Dead by author Greg Prato and The History of Independent Cinema by author Phil Hall. He's also worked on Tesco Vee's book Touch and Go: the Complete Hardcore Punk Fanzine 1979-83. MVD Entertainment Group Weiler does a significant amount of publicity work for MVD Entertainment Group, a 1987-formed company which in 2007 was the second largest American producer as a label and distributor for Music DVDs. They've released over 1500 titles since 1999. In 2006 the company formed MVD Audio, a division Weiler often works with to publicize CDs. MVD has distributed concert movies and music videos for artists such as Sublime, The Pixies, Bad Brains, Devo, The New York Dolls, Iggy Pop, the MC5, Dead Kennedys, Danzig, Marillion, Ween, Shane MacGowan, Stryper, and Johnny Winter. Labels they have worked with include Metal Mind Productions, Megalith Records and Cherry Red. ;MVD clients In August 2002 he also helped promote comedian Jim Breuer's DVD Heavy Metal Comedy. The concert movie deputed at the Tampa Bay Film Festival, and the DVD was released on Eclectic DVD Distribution, a subdivision of MVD. Weiler has also worked with projects such as the July 2009 release of the DVD/CD set Bob Dylan 1978-1989: Both Ends of the Rainbow. He's also worked with Style Wars, Southlander, All You Need is Love by Tony Palmer, Bad Brains: Live at CBGB 1982, All Dolled Up featuring The New York Dolls, and Rockers. Aggronautix In 2009 Weiler founded and currently runs the small company Aggronautix: Proprietors of Fine Throbbleheads. A self-termed fan of punk rock, Weiler uses the company to market bobbleheads based on well-known punk frontmen. His first throbblehead was for the late musician GG Allin, known for his extreme stage antics. All 2,000 first-edition Allin bobbleheads quickly sold out. Since then the company has produced bobbleheads representing Andrew W.K., Wendy O. Williams of the Plasmatics, Keith Morris, Dwarves, Tesco Vee of The Meatmen, One of the most recent is for Vancouver punk of D.O.A., the man who originally coined the term "hardcore".<ref name="sun"/> Like Weiler's public relations company, Aggronautix is based in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.<ref name="dailynews"/>
