She's a character in the show H2O just add water. Cleo is 16. After getting teased by local bad boy Zane and getting stranded in his boat with Emma and Rikki, she and the other girls go to Mako Island. Where Cleo falls through a hole to discover a pool, which later is discovered to be the moonpool. In an effort to escape from the island Emma, Rikki, and Cleo jump in to the pool. The next day while she is taking a bath, Cleo sprouts a tail and finds out that because she, Emma, and Rikki had been in the moonpool during the full moon they had become mermaids. Personality Cleo is the quiet, girly girl of the three. She at first had a fear of water, but after help from her friends soon is able to overcome that fear. Powers Cleo is able to mold liquid into any shape she wants. Later in the series she is able to control wind. Relations to other characters Emma- Cleo's friend and fellow mermaid Rikki- Cleo's friend and fellow mermaid Lewis- Cleo's longtime friend and later boyfriend Mr.Sertori- Cleo's overprotective father Mrs.Sertori- Cleo's mother Kim Sertori- Cleo's sister who she views as a pain.
