Christopher John Shea (born July 21, 1969) is a American actor. A graduate of Matignon High School and later the Tisch School of the Arts, he was born in Arlington, Massachusetts. He is known for his recurring appearances on the television series 'Til Death between 2007 and 2008, as guest performances on Modern Family, Mad Men,He had a recurring role as Phillip on the The Odd Couple CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and The West Wing, and also his Star Trek appearances: guesting on episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise. He is a founding member of a theatre group of New York University graduates called the 'Neurotic Young Urbanites'.
