Christopher Finnesse

Christopher Finesse is an R&B singer and songwriter.
He has been a singer and songwriter since childhood and he is also actively studying method acting in an effort to become a consummate entertainer in the mold of Nat King Cole and Dean Martin.
Born in Brooklyn New York, Christopher is the youngest of seven children and was still very young when his parents separated.
Being the youngest Christopher had a close relationship with his mother which made it hard on him when she died in 1993. It was through the pain of his mother's passing that Christopher found his songwriting voice. Writing his first song shortly after she died; a ballad titled "I Love You". Sadly only a year after Christopher lost his mother, his father also died. Now a young teenager he moved with family to North Carolina where he sang in his first church choir. Christopher returned to Brooklyn where he performed "I Love You" during a high school talent show. This is when he realized his love of performing and has not looked back since.
The real breakthrough in Christopher's singing career occurred in 2001 when he met his producer and collaborator Michael Warner. They were introduced by a mutual friend; Christopher sang a cappella for him at Times Square on the spot! Their close collaboration has led to buzz-worthy songs such as the deeply emotional "Whatever You Want" and the up-tempo "Gotta Love It".
With "Whatever You Want" premiering on Chicago’s 107.5 WGCR last year (2007) and, several thousand iTunes downloads under his belt; Christopher is well on his way. He's also been blessed with the opportunity to open for rappers Cassidy and Freeway in an effort to bring his music to people live. Catching the like of Universal CEO Sylvia Rhone, Video Music Box DJ Ralph Mcdaniels, Michael Warner who affiliates with Kevin Liles, President Of Atlantic Records.
