Christian Timothy Walton is an English professional footballer who plays for Brighton & Hove Albion as a goalkeeper. He has represented England at under-19 and under-20 levels. Club career Walton played in Plymouth Argyle's academy until 2013, when he moved to Brighton & Hove Albion. Walton was an unused substitute for Brighton in their first Championship game of the 2014-15 season, and is yet to make his first professional appearance. International career Walton's first international call-up was for England under-19s for their friendly against Turkey on 5 March 2014. Walton played in the game. Walton's first England under-20 call-up came for their first fixture of the 2014-15 season, a friendly against Romania, which Walton featured in to win his first cap. |
