Chipmunk tan

Chipmunk tan is a yellowish-tan color popular in 1970s vintage office buildings. The color is so named for the similarity it bears to the tan-ish color of a North American chipmunk. Thus, the terms "chipmunk" and "tan" were combined to form the name of the color. The term is thought to have originated in the early half of the 21st century, where it quickly gained popularity with certain office-worker subcultures.

This color is still used and quite popular, although in its modern recreation the spelling is shown as two separate words - Chipmunk and Tan. The current color is a bit darker than the original.
