Charles Uchenna Emembolu {born 15 April 1979) is a Nigerian Information Technology Architect,entrepreneur, Digital Innovation Ecosystem Leader and Enterprise Program Manager. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Crestsage Limited, founder of Dexude Oy, co - founder of both TechQuest STEM Academy and Roar Nigeria Hub-Platforms that have empowered thousands through digital literacy, Innovation and Enterprise Development. Early life and Education Emembolu was born in Enugu, Nigeria. His late father, Dr. Gregory Egozue Emembolu, earned two M.Sc. degrees in Astro-Geophysics and Econometrics from the University of Colorado, followed by a Ph.D. in econometrics. His mother, Enyi Somtochukwu Clara Chinwe Emembolu, is a U.S.-trained accountant and retired banker. Emembolu attended Federal Government College, Port Harcourt and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN). He is an alumnus of Harvard University Extension School, Lund University, Sweden (specialization in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Science Park Development) and Lagos Business School, Nigeria. Career Emembolu spent a decade in the telecommunication and financial services industry before venturing into full time entrepreneurship. He worked for nearly two decades of experience in digital transformation, entrepreneurship development, and public-private innovation ecosystems. Under his leadership at Crestsage Limited founded in 2010, he delivered large-scale technology platforms and innovation programs for leading public institutions and private sector organizations. TechQuest STEM Academy founded in 2015, a nonprofit committed to equipping young Africans with STEM competencies, research and business acceleration as well as Roar Nigeria Hub founded in 2016, Nigeria's first University embedded incubator have jointly impacted well over 100,000 beneficiaries under his direction and leadership. As Chairman of the Innovation Support Network (ISN Hubs), Nigeria's national network of over 200 innovation hubs, Emembolu has championed policy advocacy, ecosystem coordination, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the country's digital economy. He has served on key national advisory roles, including the National Digital Literacy Framework Advisory Group (NITDA), the Digital Transformation Centre Nigeria (GIZ) Project Steering Committee, and the NESG Digital Economy Thematic Group. Through these roles, he actively engages with development partners, academia, and industry to drive innovation-led growth across Africa.The Omniverse Africa Summit is a premier innovation platform, an ecosystem of ecosystems, that brings together stakeholders from the tech, creative, research and academia, talent, gaming, and policy sectors across Africa. It is held annually in the last week of February in Lagos. He currently chairs the Board of Innovation Support Network (ISN), representing 200+ innovation hubs, incubators and accelerators in Nigeria. Under his leadership, ISN has shaped national policy and championed ecosystem growth through public-private collaboration. Outside his professional endeavors, Emembolu mentors young entrepreneurs and advocates for technology-driven solutions to societal challenges.
