Charles R. Gallagher III

Charles R. Gallagher III is an attorney in Florida’s Tampa Bay area and commentator on a variety of legal issues in the news media. He is known for his expertise in on the mortgage crisis and foreclosure law issues. Additionally, he lobbys for consumer law issues including efforts direted at rejecting legislation to pass non-judicial foreclosure and legislation which sough to drastically raise court filing fees. He often provides insight and commentary to the television and print newsmedia on the foreclosure crisis and other consumer law issues.
