Charles Okpaleke

Charles Okpaleke (born March 14, 1983) is a Nigerian entrepreneur. He's the co-founder of Play Network Africa and the executive producer of the film Living in Bondage: Breaking Free.
Early life and education
Born in Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria to an upper-middle-class family; his father, Julian Chukwuemeka Okpaleke, was a retired Assistant Inspector General of the Nigeria Police Force prior to his death, and his mother, Florence Ngozi Okpaleke, continues to work as a practicing attorney in Lagos, Nigeria.
Like most Nigerians of his background, Charles attended graduating in 1999. Shortly after, he obtained a bachelor's degree in medical laboratory sciences from the historic University of Nigeria, and a master's in Health Economics and Health Policy from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 2007.
Civic leadership
In 2015, Charles founded Political Leadership Among Youths, a civic engagement and citizen leadership forum that facilitates dialogue amongst political officials and youths in Nigeria, while canvassing political participation amongst young Nigerians. He is an active member of the Abuja branch of the Rotary Club.
