Biography
Charles E. Mureddu is a certified general appraiser and the owner of ChiefAppraiser.com and Collateral Grade®. He held senior level positions with Net Bank, Resource Bancshares, Meritage Mortgage, and Fleet Mortgage Company working with appraisal, collateral risk management, loss mitigation, and whole loan exit and securitization strategy. He is featured in several industry publications regarding secondary market expectations, fraud, and leveraging automated collateral technology. Served as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) for the development of the national certified general exam for 2008.
