Cesar Del Penes

Cesar Del Penes is a Mexican footballer born 1 June 1992 in Mexico City.
A naturally gifted footballer from a very young age, his father, a drug addict, encouraged him to join the youth ranks at Gillipollas, a City team at the time in the third tier of Mexican football. He quickly progressed through the ranks and made his first team debut at 15 years and 123 days old, scoring twice and creating another. He is currently credited as the youngest player to have ever scored a Mexican League goal.
Already the highest goal count for an under 21 in Mexico, the left footed genius has been heavily criticised for stating he wants to move to England and play in The Premiership, mooting Arsenal and Liverpool as his desired destinations much to the displeasure of his fan base.
