Celtic Pro Tour The Celtic Pro Tour is a professional golf tour covering Wales, Scotland and Ireland. It was launched in 2007, having grown out of the inaugural Dragon Tour in Wales in 2006. Its events in Ireland are held under the Shamrock Tour title and events in Scotland as the Thistle Tour. Designed as a developmental tour to give young professionals experience of regular tournament competition, its events are also open to amateurs with a scratch handicap. Several players on the tour also compete in Euro Pro Tour and European Challenge Tour events. Link: |
