Celestine Ogbu fondly called Celon is a well known businessman, philanthropist and a politician. His political life started in the present day Democratic rule of Nigeria. His closeness and openness to his people drew him to politics following their outcries for a better change in the political system. Celestine Ogbu is from Enugu state specifically Nru Nsukka. His birthplace is Ezema Nru. He is happily married with children. He is a bonafide member of the People's Democratic Party(PDP) Enugu state,Nigeria. The party he joined and accelerated speedily to the position of the speaker in the Nsukka local council legislative arm,a post he handled till the past 2015 general election was held in Nigeria. Recently, Hon.Celestine Ogbu was awarded an honorary doctorate certificate by one of the Nigerian institution of higher learning. |
